Subscription Model

Current Pricing

  • • $4.99 USD every 3 days after trial
  • • Automatic renewal unless cancelled

All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our trusted payment processor. Subscriptions automatically renew every 3 days unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

Free Trial Period

We offer a 3-day free trial for all new subscribers. During this period:

  • You have full access to all features
  • No charges will be made to your payment method
  • You can cancel anytime without any fees
  • If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged

Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Full Refund

  • Technical issues preventing service usage within 24 hours of payment
  • Unauthorized charges or billing errors
  • Service downtime exceeding 24 hours within a billing period
  • Duplicate charges for the same billing period

Eligible for Partial Refund

  • Service cancellation within the first 24 hours of a new billing cycle
  • Significant service degradation affecting core functionality

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind after using the service
  • Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Requests made more than 30 days after the charge
  • GitHub API limitations or restrictions

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Information: Include your email address, transaction ID, and reason for the refund
  3. Review Process: We will review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. Resolution: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds are processed through Paddle to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated
  • Your subscription will be cancelled immediately upon refund approval

Cancellation vs. Refund

Important Distinction

Cancellation: Stops future billing but you keep access until the current period ends

Refund: Returns your money and immediately terminates service access
