By accessing and using Commit-Hack ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Service Description
Commit-Hack is a git commit log generator service that allows users to:
- Generate commits for specific dates or date ranges
- Create custom commit messages
- Manage GitHub repository contributions
- Enhance GitHub contribution graphs
User Accounts and Registration
To use our service, you must:
- Have a valid GitHub account
- Be at least 13 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Subscription and Billing
Subscription Terms
- • 3-day free trial for new users
- • $4.99 USD every 3 days after trial period
- • Automatic renewal unless cancelled
- • Payments processed through Paddle
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
Acceptable Use Policy
Permitted Uses
- Creating legitimate commit histories for personal projects
- Maintaining consistent contribution patterns
- Educational and learning purposes
- Portfolio enhancement for legitimate work
Prohibited Uses
- Creating false or misleading contribution histories for employment fraud
- Violating GitHub's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
- Generating excessive commits that could impact GitHub's infrastructure
- Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempting to reverse engineer or copy the service
- Sharing account credentials with others
GitHub Integration
Our service integrates with GitHub through OAuth authentication. By using our service:
- You grant us permission to access your GitHub repositories
- You acknowledge that commits will be created in your selected repositories
- You remain responsible for compliance with GitHub's terms
- You can revoke access at any time through GitHub settings
Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Commit-Hack and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You retain ownership of any content you create through the service, including commit messages and repository content.
Privacy and Data Protection

Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Compatibility with all GitHub configurations
- Availability during GitHub API maintenance
- Service during scheduled maintenance windows
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Commit-Hack, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The information on this service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms whether express or implied.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Commit-Hack operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
